The Father's design is to save through Jesus Christ, Incarnate Deity, by the Holy Spirit from EVERY TRIBE, TONGUE, PEOPLE AND NATION. The God of the Bible does not save white people only but whomsoever He desires.
There is no truth in saying the other races are not saved if a holy God would save, but every skin color was created in the image of God in the sense of a rational human being. A holy God saves Jewish people. All of the elect will respond no matter what is in their way.
